Question: What time of day does the studio get the best light?

All day long!

Question: What is the hourly rate? Do you offer 30 min rentals?

$100+tax/hour but you get a discount for booking more hours at one time. There is a one hour is the minimum but you can add an additional 30min onto your 60min booking.

Question: When will Christmas be set up?

Oct 1! Shoot out on Oct 5th.

Question: Do you have the wardrobe available for rent? What sizes are there? Do you have it photographed or cataloged somewhere?

YES it’s a $50 flat rate fee for renting any and all wardrobe items. The sizes range from newborn to 5T kids clothes and XXS to XXL for women’s dresses. The wardrobe will hopefully be cataloged very soon and linked here on the website and on my social media.

Question: Do you allow cake smashes? Do you allow pets?

Absolutely! As long as things are cleaned up afterward. There is a broom, hand held vacuum and wipes to clean up any messes. Thank you for treating this studio like your own space :)

PROPERTY FAQs

Question: What direction does the property face?

Property front faces North. The light is gorgeous both morning and evening inside and outside the studio and all throughout the day INside the studio and on the front porch that is shaded.

Question: What time of day is best for shooting outdoors?

The best time of day to shoot on the property is going to be cutting off your shoot time 30min before actual sunset. Because of the trees, the property loses light a little before actual sunset. For example if the sunset at 7:30pm, I’d stop shooting around 7pm to have the best golden hour light.

Question: Does the booking include both indoor and outdoor together?

Yes! Once you book, you get to use the entire property!
